
Returns
We understand that faults do happen and will kindly exchange items that are proven to be defective. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of order with goods in original packaging, intact, with tags intact, clothes unwashed and unworn. If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by ringing (03) 6264 3200. Please then return by mail or in person to Millie's Playground at Shop 18, 69-79 Main Street, Huonville, Tasmania, 7109. Please also include written documentation as to what is wrong with your item. Unfortunately returns/exchanges will not be made due to "change of mind". Upon Millie's Playground and the manufacturer's evaluation of the goods we will then replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight.
Exchange
Unless we are at fault, if you want to exchange a product for any reason other than the item being damaged or faulty, you are responsible for the safe return of goods and delivery costs (including return postage). The goods must be received in the original state, with proper tags still attached to the item, unworn and undamaged within 10 days. Alternatively you may exchange goods at our Millie's Playground store. If an exchange of the same item cannot be made by Millie's Playground then we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the value of the item which is valid for 3 months. We recommend returns are sent via registered mail, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. Please include your receipt, method of payment and reason for return within 10 days from date of purchase together with a self addressed, prepaid satchel for all exchange items to:

You will become our priority and we will try to process any returns as soon as we can.
Please also note Millie's Playground reserves the right not to exchange on sale items. For further information on Product Returns, please refer to Trade Practices Act Guidelines, which Millie's Playground adheres to.
In the rare event that your parcel should appear to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately following delivery to discuss your concerns at milliesplayground@bigpond.com.au or by phone (03) 6264 3200. Please retain all packaging so that in the event of a claim, it may be inspected. Claims related to damaged goods must be made within 3 days of delivery, or we are unable to process a claim.
